SATZUNG

§ 1 Name und Sitz des Vereins

1. Der Vereins führt den Namen: Sukha Hilfe für Indien und Nepal e.V.  

2. Sitz des Vereins ist: Heyestrasse 67, 40625 Düsseldorf, wo er im dortigen Vereinsregister eingetragen werden soll.

§ 2 Geschäftsjahr

Das Geschäftsjahr des Vereins ist das Kalenderjahr. Das erste Rumpfgeschäftsjahr endet am 31.12.2021.

§ 3 Gemeinnützigkeit; Zweck des Vereins

1. Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Zwecke im Sinne der §§ 51 ff. der Abgabeordnung (AO). Vereinszwecke sind die Förderung der Katastrophen- und Hungerhilfe, der Jugendhilfe und Erziehung, der Altenhilfe, der Gleichstellung von Mann und Frau sowie der öffentlichen Gesundheitspflege, der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und des Tierwohls. Der Verein ist selbstlos tätig. Er verfolgt nicht in erster Linie eigenwirtschaftliche Zwecke.

2. Der Verein verwirklicht seine Satzungszwecke insbesondere durch Errichtung und Erhaltung von Projekten und Einrichtungen im In- und Ausland. Er hat sich im Einzelnen die nachfolgend beschriebenen Hauptziele gesetzt, die er im Rahmen seiner Tätigkeiten verfolgen wird:

Katastrophen- und Hungerhilfe, Altenhilfe, Gesundheitspflege, Entwicklungszusammenarbeit

·      die Förderung der Hilfe bei Naturkatastrophen und Notlagen, hauptsächlich in Nordindien und Nepal. 

o   Diese Förderung geschieht durch Zuwendungen zur Linderung der Not in den Regionen Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh, Indien) und Bodhgaya (Bihar, Indien) sowie Kathmandu (Nepal), insbesondere in Form von Nahrungsmitteln für die hungernde Bevölkerung und durch den Betrieb von Garküchen.

o   Des weiteren wird die in Not geratene Bevölkerung mit Medikamenten, medizinischen Masken und Beratung zu Hygienemaßnahmen in der aktuellen Corona Pandemie versorgt.

o   Sollte die Corona Pandemie beendet sein, wird der Verein andere Soforthilfeprogramme unterstützen oder solche ins Leben rufen, insbesondere in der Alten- und Armenhilfe; er kann, wenn dies nötig ist, auch längerfristige Hilfsmaßnahmen wie z. B. den Betrieb eines Altenheims oder Frauenhauses betreuen.

Förderung der Jugendhilfe und Erziehung

·      Es werden Mittel für Kinder und Jugendliche zu Schulzwecken in Form von Kleidung und Büchern und für die Instandhaltung von Schulgebäuden bereitgestellt. Auch der Aufbau und Betrieb einer Schule oder eines Kinderheimes in Bodhgaya (Bihar, Indien) oder in Nepal ist möglich; dafür können Patenschaften angeworben und betreut werden. 

Förderung der Gleichstellung von Mann und Frau

·      Die Förderung, Unterstützung und Betreuung alleinstehender Frauen und Mütter 

o   geschieht insbesondere in Zusammenarbeit mit der Women‘s Foundation, Nepal, die sich um die Belange von Frauen in Form von Frauenhäusern, Waisenhäusern, juristischem Beistand und Hilfe in Notlagen kümmert. 

o   zielt auf die Nonnen des tibetischen Buddhismus, als gegenüber den männlichen Geistlichen oft benachteiligte Personen, zum Teil in Zusammenarbeit der Nepali Nun Association, aber auch direkt in den Klöstern Nepals.

Förderung des Tierwohls

·      die Fürsorge für in Not geratene Tiere durch die Unterstützung lokaler Tierschutz Organisationen in Nordindien und Nepal; auch ein weltweiter Einsatz für das Tierwohl ist möglich. 

3. Der Verein darf alle denkbaren, rechtmäßigen Handlungen vornehmen, die zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben gemäß Absatz 2 notwendig sind. Dieses schließt ausdrücklich die Kooperation mit anderen gemeinnützigen Organisationen ein. Der Verein darf auch eigene Mittel anderen in- und ausländischen Organisationen zuwenden, sofern diese ausschließlich und unmittelbar steuerbegünstigte Zwecke im Sinne der §§ 51 ff. AO verfolgen und sofern die Verwendung der Mittel zu steuerbegünstigten Zwecken sichergestellt ist. Der Verein darf im Rahmen des § 58 Nummer 1 AO seine Mittel teilweise einer anderen steuerbegünstigten Körperschaft zuwenden.

4. Da der Verein keine wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit ausübt, gilt er als Idealverein im Sinne des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches. 

5. Mittel des Vereines dürfen nur für satzungsgemäße Zwecke verwendet werden. Die Mitglieder erhalten keine Zuwendung aus Mitteln des Vereines. Ausgenommen ist die Erstattung von Auslagen sowie eine entgeltliche Tätigkeit für den Verein aufgrund der Regelung in § 11 dieser Satzung.

§ 4 Mitgliedschaft

1. Mitglieder des Vereins können werden
   1. natürliche Personen und
   2. juristische Personen.

2. Über die Aufnahme entscheidet der Vorstand. Die Mitgliedschaft wird durch schriftliche Beitrittserklärung und die nachfolgende Annahme durch den Vorstand erworben.

3. Die Mitgliedschaft im Verein endet 
   1. durch Tod von natürlichen Personen,
   2. durch Austritt,
   3. durch Ausschluss.

4. Der Austritt erfolgt durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vorstand.

5. Der Ausschluss eines Mitglieds kann erfolgen, wenn es gegen die Vereinsinteressen gröblich verstoßen hat oder durch sein Verhalten das Ansehen oder die Interessen des Vereins schädigt oder gefährdet. Über den Ausschluss entscheidet die Mitgliederversammlung nach Anhörung des betroffenen Mitgliedes.

6. Der Verein kann fördernde Mitglieder aufnehmen, die in der Mitgliederversammlung kein Stimmrecht haben.

§ 5 Mitgliedsbeiträge

1.     Eine Aufnahmegebühr wird nicht erhoben.

2.    Durch Mehrheitsbeschluss einer Mitgliederversammlung kann die Erhebung von Mitgliedsbeiträgen und deren Höhe für die Zukunft festgelegt werden.

§ 6 Mitgliederversammlung

1. Die Mitgliederversammlung ist insbesondere zuständig für

1.     die Wahl des Vorstandes,

2.     die Bestellung eines Rechnungsprüfers,

3.     die Entgegennahme des Tätigkeitsberichts des Vorstandes,

4.     die Entlastung des Vorstandes,

5.     die Entgegennahme des Tätigkeitsberichts des Rechnungsprüfers,

6.     die Beschlussfassung über die Änderung der Satzung und die Auflösung des Vereins.

2. Die ordentliche Mitgliederversammlung wird 2-jährlich schriftlich durch den Vorstand einberufen. Die Tagesordnung setzt der Vorstand fest. Soweit die E-Mail-Adresse bekannt ist, kann die Einladung auch durch elektronische Datenübertragung erfolgen (E-Mail).

3. Außerordentliche Mitgliederversammlungen finden aufgrund eines Beschlusses des Vorstandes statt, oder wenn die Einberufung von mindestens 1/3 aller Vereinsmitglieder schriftlich unter Angabe des Zwecks und der Gründe vom Vorstand verlangt wird.

4. Anträge von Mitgliedern, die auf einer Mitgliederversammlung behandelt werden sollen, müssen dem Vorstand spätestens eine Woche vor der Versammlung vorliegen. Der Versammlungsleiter hat zu Beginn der Mitgliederversammlung die Tagesordnung entsprechend zu ergänzen. Verspätet eingegangene Anträge sind zur Beschlussfassung auf die nächste Mitgliederversammlung zu vertagen, es sei denn, die Mitgliederversammlung beschließt anders.

§ 7 Beschlussfassung der Mitgliederversammlung

1. Jedes Mitglied hat eine Stimme. Zur Ausübung des Stimmrechts kann ein anderes Mitglied schriftlich bevollmächtigt werden. Die Bevollmächtigung ist für jede Mitgliederversammlung gesondert zu erteilen.

2. Die Mitgliederversammlung wird vom Vorsitzenden oder bei dessen Verhinderung durch ein anderes Vorstandsmitglied geleitet. Protokollführer ist jeweils ein durch den Vorstand bestimmtes Mitglied.

3. Jede satzungsgemäß einberufene Mitgliederversammlung ist ohne Rücksicht auf die Zahl der anwesenden oder vertretenen Mitglieder beschlussfähig.

4. Beschlüsse werden im Allgemeinen mit einfacher Mehrheit der abgegeben gültigen Stimmen gefasst, vorbehaltlich anderer Mehrheiten bei Satzungsänderungen nach § 13 oder bei Vereinsauflösung nach § 14. Stimmenthaltungen bleiben außer Betracht.

5. Über die Mitgliederversammlung ist ein Protokoll aufzunehmen, das vom jeweiligen Protokollführer und einem Vorstandsmitglied zu unterzeichnen ist. Bei Satzungsänderungen muss der genaue Wortlaut angegeben werden.

6.      Abweichend von § 32 Absatz 1 Satz 1 BGB kann der Vorstand nach seinem Ermessen beschließen und in der Einladung mitteilen, dass die Mitglieder an der Mitgliederversammlung ohne körperliche Anwesenheit an einem Versammlungsort teilnehmen und ihre Mitgliederrechte im Wege der elektronischen Kommunikation ausüben können (zum Beispiel per E-Mail, Online-Formular oder Videokonferenz).

§ 8 Vorstand

1. Der Vorstand des Vereins besteht aus drei gewählten Vorstandsmitgliedern:

1.     dem Vorsitzenden

2.     dem stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden

3.     dem Kassenwart.

2. Der Vorstand vertritt den Verein gerichtlich und außergerichtlich. Jedes Vorstandsmitglied ist jeweils einzeln vertretungsberechtigt.

3. Der Vorstand wird von der Mitgliederversammlung auf die Dauer von 2 Jahren, vom Tage der Wahl angerechnet, gewählt. Er bleibt jedoch bis zur Neuwahl des Vorstandes im Amt.

4. Der Vorstand ist für alle Angelegenheiten des Vereins zuständig. Ihm obliegen insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

1.     die Vorbereitung und Einberufung der Mitgliederversammlung samt Aufstellung der Tagesordnung,

2.     die Ausführung der Beschlüsse der Mitgliederversammlung,

3.     die Geschäftsführung des Vereins mit ordnungsgemäßer Verwaltung und Verwendung des Vereinsvermögens,

4.     der Abschluss oder die Beendigung von Verträgen aller Art.

§ 9 Beschlussfassung des Vorstandes

Der Vorstand fasst seine Beschlüsse im Allgemeinen in Vorstandssitzungen, die vom ersten Vorsitzenden einberufen werden.

§ 10 Rechnungsprüfer

Die Mitgliederversammlung wählt jeweils für die gleiche Dauer wie den Vorstand einen Rechnungsprüfer, der die Jahresabschlüsse prüft, der Mitgliederversammlung hierüber Bericht erstattet und Vorschläge zur Entlastung des Vorstandes macht. Der Prüfer darf nicht dem Vorstand angehören.

§ 11 Geschäftsführer; Mitarbeiter

1. Der Vorstand kann für die laufenden Vereinsgeschäfte einen Geschäftsführer sowie zu dessen Unterstützung weitere Mitarbeiter zu angemessenen Entgelten beschäftigen. Diese Personen können auch Vereins- oder Vorstandsmitglieder sein. Der Vorstand ist insofern von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Der Vorstand ist berechtigt, diesen Personen eine ihrer Tätigkeit angemessene Vergütung zuzusagen und auszuzahlen. Es darf keine Person durch Ausgaben, die dem Zweck des Vereins fremd sind, oder durch unverhältnismäßig hohe Vergütungen begünstigt werden. Zusätzlich zur Vergütung ist nur Ersatz der angemessenen Reisespesen statthaft.

2. Die Aufgaben des Geschäftsführers umfassen insbesondere:

§ 12 Aufwendungen, Führung der Vereinskonten, Rücklagen

1. Die Tätigkeit des Vorstandes und von Vereinsmitgliedern für den Verein erfolgt ehrenamtlich, soweit keine entgeltliche Tätigkeit gemäß § 11 dieser Satzung erfolgt.

2. Notwendige und nachgewiesene Aufwendungen, die im Zusammenhang mit der ehrenamtlichen Tätigkeit stehen, können auf Wunsch erstattet werden. 

3. Die Führung der Vereinskonten erfolgt durch den Kassenwart; er kann sich dabei durch den Geschäftsführer des Vereins unterstützen lassen.

4.     Die Beauftragung von Experten/Firmen mit Aufgaben wie z.B. Steuerberatung, Rechtsberatung, ist zulässig. Die Vergabe von entsprechenden Aufträgen ist vom Vorstand gemeinschaftlich zu beraten und zu beschließen. 

5. Der Verein darf angemessene Rücklagen bilden, soweit diese Gelder ausschließlich für gemeinnützige Vorhaben bestimmt sind und soweit diese gemäß § 51 ff. der Abgabenordnung die Steuerbegünstigung des Vereins nicht ausschließen.

§ 13 Änderungen der Satzung

1. Änderungen oder Ergänzungen dieser Satzung bedürfen einer 4/5-Mehrheit der abgegebenen gültigen Stimmen der Mitgliederversammlung.

2. Änderungen des Zwecks oder der Aufgaben des Vereins bedürfen ebenfalls der 4/5 Mehrheit.

§ 14 Auflösung

Die Auflösung des Vereins kann nur in einer Mitgliederversammlung mit 4/5-Mehrheit der abgegebenen gültigen Stimmen beschlossen werden. Sofern die Mitgliederversammlung nichts anderes beschließt, sind die Vorstandsmitglieder einzelvertretungsberechtigte Liquidatoren.

Bei Auflösung des Vereins oder bei Wegfall steuerbegünstigter Zwecke fällt sein Vermögen an eine juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder eine andere steuerbegünstigte Körperschaft zwecks Verwendung für mildtätige Zwecke, im Sinne des § 53 der AO. 

Der Vorstand schlägt der Mitgliederversammlung die weitere Verwendung des Vermögens vor. Beschlüsse über die künftige Verwendung des Vermögens dürfen erst nach Einwilligung des für den Verein zuständigen Finanzamtes ausgeführt werden.

§ 15 Redaktionelle Änderungen

Der Vorstand ist berechtigt, etwaige redaktionelle Änderungen dieser Satzung auf Anforderung des Registergerichts oder anderer zuständiger Behörden von sich aus vorzunehmen.

§ 16 Inkrafttreten

Diese Satzung wurde durch die Mitgliederversammlung am 14. Mai 2021 beschlossen und zuletzt am 27. Juli 2022 geändert.

Sie gilt ab sofort.

Sukkha Help for India and Nepal e.V.

on Friday May 14th.2021Sukha was established as a non-profit association.

The founding members are at home in the traditions of yoga and Buddhist meditation, both as practitioners and as teachers. 

We therefore feel connected to these countries, as the teachings and spiritual traditions that give us meaning and support and shape our understanding of the world originated in this region. With this association, we would like to thank Nepal and India, maintain contact and compensate a little for the gift of the great spiritual treasures that we receive as practitioners. 

We are currently directing our thanks to the poorest of the poor.

Articles of Association

§ 1 Name and seat of the association

1. the name of the association is Sukha Help for India and Nepal e.V.    

2. the registered office of the association is: Heyestrasse 67, 40625 Düsseldorf, it was entered in the register of associations of the Düsseldorf Local Court on 29.9.2021.

§2 Financial year

The Association's financial year is the calendar year. The first short financial year ends on 31.12.2021.

§ 3 Non-profit status; purpose of the association    

1. the association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of §§ 51 ff. of the German Fiscal Code (AO). The purposes of the association are the promotion of disaster and hunger relief, youth welfare and education, assistance for the elderly, equality between men and women, public health care, cooperation in development and animal welfare. 

It does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

  2. the association realizes its statutory purposes in particular through the establishment and maintenance of projects and facilities in Germany and abroad. It has set itself the following main objectives, which it will pursue within the scope of its activities:  

Disaster and famine relief, aid for the elderly, healthcare, development cooperation –

the promotion of aid in the event of natural disasters and emergencies, mainly in northern India and Nepal.

This support is provided through charitable donations to ease hardship in the regions of Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh, India) and Bodhgaya (Bihar, India), as well as Kathmandu (Nepal), particularly in the form of food for the starving population and the operation of soup kitchens.

Furthermore, the population in need is provided with medicines, medical masks and advice on hygiene measures in the current corona pandemic.

Once the corona pandemic is over, the association will support or initiate other emergency aid programs, especially in the area of care for the elderly; if necessary it can also support longer-term aid measures such as the operation of a retirement home or women's shelter. 

Support for youth welfare and education 

-Funds are provided for children and young people for school purposes in the form of clothing and books and for the maintenance of school buildings. It is also possible to set up and run a school or children's home in Bodhgaya (Bihar, India) or in Nepal; sponsorships can be recruited and supervised. 

Support of equality between men and woman and care of single women and mothers 

is carried out in particular in cooperation with the Women Foundation, Nepal, which takes care of the requirements of women in the form of women's shelters, orphanages, legal assistance and help in emergency situations.

The project focuses on the nuns of Tibetan Buddhism, who are often disadvantaged compared to the male clergy, partly in cooperation with the Nepali Nun Association, but also directly in the monasteries of Nepal.

support for animal welfare 

Caring for animals in need by helping local animal welfare organizations in North India and Nepal; global commitment to animal welfare is also possible.

3.The association may take all imaginable, lawful actions that are necessary to fulfill its tasks in accordance with paragraph 2. This expressly includes cooperation with other non-profit organizations. The association may also donate its own funds to other domestic and foreign organizations, provided that they exclusively and directly pursue tax-privileged purposes within the meaning of §§ 51 ff. AO and provided that the use of the funds for tax-privileged purposes is ensured. The association may donate some of its funds to another tax-privileged organization within the scope of § 58 no. 1 AO. 

4 Since the association does not engage in any economic activity, it is considered an ideal association within the meaning of the German Civil Code.

5. funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. Members shall not receive any benefits from the Association's funds. Excluded from this is the reimbursement of expenses and paid work for the association in accordance with the provisions of § 11 of these Articles of Association.  

§ 4 Membership

1. the following may become members of the Association 

a. natural persons and 

b. legal entities. 

2. the Executive Board shall decide on admission. Membership is acquired by written declaration of membership and subsequent acceptance by the Executive Board.  

3. membership of the Association shall end 

a. by the death of natural persons, 

b. by resignation, 

c. by exclusion. 

4. resignation shall be effected by written declaration to the Board of Directors.

5. a member may be expelled if he or she has grossly violated the interests of the association or if his or her conduct damages or endangers the reputation or interests of the association. The General Assembly shall decide on the expulsion after hearing the member concerned. 

6. the association may accept supporting members who have no voting rights at the general meeting.

§ 5 Membership fees 

1. an admission fee shall not be charged. 

2. the levying of membership fees and their amount may be determined for the future by a majority resolution of a general meeting.

§ 6 General Meeting of Members 

1. the general meeting is responsible in particular for 

1. the election of the Executive Board, 

2. the appointment of an auditor, 

3. accepting the activity report of the Executive Board, 

4. the discharge of the Executive Board, 

5. accepting the auditor's report on activities, 

6. passing resolutions on amendments to the Articles of Association and the dissolution of the Association. 

2. the ordinary general meeting is convened twice a year in writing by the Executive Board. The agenda is set by the Executive Board. If the e-mail address is known, the invitation can also be sent by electronic data transmission (e-mail). 

3 Extraordinary General Meetings shall be held on the basis of a resolution of the Board of Directors or if at least 1/3 of all members of the Association request a meeting in writing, stating the purpose and reasons. 

4 Motions from members that are to be dealt with at a general meeting must be submitted to the Executive Board at least one week before the meeting. The chairman of the meeting must add to the agenda accordingly at the beginning of the general meeting. Motions received late shall be postponed to the next General Meeting for resolution, unless the General Meeting decides otherwise.

§ 7 Resolutions of the General Meeting 

1 Each member has one vote. Another member may be authorized in writing to exercise the voting right. The authorization must be issued separately for each General Meeting. 

2 The General Meeting is chaired by the Chairman or, if he is unable to do so, by another member of the Board of Directors. A member appointed by the Board of Directors shall take the minutes. 

(3) Every General Meeting convened in accordance with the Articles of Association shall constitute a quorum irrespective of the number of members present or represented. 

4. resolutions are generally passed by a simple majority of the valid votes cast, subject to other majorities in the case of amendments to the Articles of Association in accordance with § 13 or dissolution of the Association in accordance with § 14. abstentions are not taken into account. 

5. minutes of the General Meeting must be recorded and signed by the secretary and a member of the Executive Board. In the case of amendments to the Articles of Association, the exact wording must be stated. 

6. if it is not possible to convene a general meeting, resolutions may be passed by written or electronic means. The same voting ratios apply as in the General Meeting.

§ 8 Board of Directors 

1 The Executive Board of the Association consists of three elected members: 

1. the Chairman 

2. the deputy chairman 

3. the treasurer. 

2 The Executive Board represents the Association in and out of court. Each member of the Executive Board is authorized to represent the association individually. 

3. the Executive Board is elected by the General Meeting for a period of 2 years from the date of election. However, it shall remain in office until a new Board of Directors is elected. 

(4) The Board of Directors is responsible for all matters relating to the Association. In particular, it is responsible for the following tasks: 

1. preparing and convening the General Meeting, including drawing up the agenda, 

2. implementing the resolutions of the General Meeting, 

3. the management of the association with proper administration and use of the association's assets 

4. the conclusion or termination of contracts of all kinds.

§ 9 Resolutions of the Executive Board 

The Board of Directors generally passes its resolutions in Board meetings convened by the first Chairman.

§ 10 Auditors 

The General Meeting elects an auditor for the same term as the Executive Board, who audits the annual financial statements, reports to the General Meeting and makes proposals for the discharge of the Executive Board. The auditor may not be a member of the Executive Board.

§ 11 Managing director; employees 

1. the Executive Board may employ a managing director for the day-to-day business of the Association as well as other employees to support the managing director at appropriate remuneration. These persons may also be members of the Association or the Executive Board. In this respect, the Executive Board is exempt from the restrictions of § 181 BGB. The Management Board is entitled to grant and pay these persons appropriate remuneration for their activities. No person may benefit from expenses that are not in line with the purpose of the association or from disproportionately high compensation. In addition to compensation, only the reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses is permitted. 

2. the duties of the Managing Director include in particular 

o public relations work for the association 

o designing the content of the association's homepage 

o Recruiting, maintaining and processing sponsorships 

o Management and organization of projects on site in India and Nepal 

o Fundraising and processing donations 

§ 12 Expenses, management of the association's accounts, reserves 

1. the activities of the Board of Directors and members of the Association for the Association are performed on a voluntary basis, unless they are employed in accordance with § 11 of these Articles of Association. 

2. necessary and proven expenses incurred in connection with voluntary work can be reimbursed on request. 

3. the treasurer shall manage the association's accounts; he/she may be assisted in this by the association's managing director. 

4. the commissioning of experts/companies with tasks such as tax advice, legal advice, etc. is permitted. The awarding of such contracts shall be jointly discussed and decided by the Executive Board. 

5. the association may form appropriate reserves, provided that these funds are intended exclusively for non-profit projects and provided that these do not exclude the tax privileges of the association in accordance with § 51 ff. of the German Tax Code.

§ 13 Amendments to the Articles of Association 

1. amendments or additions to these Articles of Association require a 4/5 majority of the valid votes cast at the General Meeting. 

2. changes to the purpose or tasks of the association also require a 4/5 majority

§ 14 Dissolution 

1. the dissolution of the association can only be decided in a general meeting with a 4/5 majority of the valid votes cast. Unless the General Meeting decides otherwise, the members of the Executive Board are liquidators with sole power of representation. 

2. in the event of the dissolution of the association or the discontinuation of tax-privileged purposes, its assets shall be transferred to a legal entity under public law or another tax-privileged corporation for use for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 53 of the German Tax Code (AO). 

3. the Executive Board shall propose the further use of the assets to the General Assembly. Resolutions on the future use of the assets may only be carried out with the approval of the tax office responsible for the association.

§ 15 Editorial changes 

The Executive Board is authorized to make any editorial changes to these Articles of Association on its own initiative at the request of the registration court or other competent authorities. 

§16 Entry into force 

These Articles of Association were adopted by the General Assembly on 14.5.2021 and last amended on 26.9.2021 after consultation with the responsible tax authority: Finanzamt Düsseldorf Mitte, corrected. 

They apply with immediate effect.
